Admin Clerk

Department: Corporate Services    |    Type: Full Time


◎ Reporting to the Managing Director and Founder.
◎ Responsible for all company documents/ bank documents & other relevant documents.
◎To maintain templates of all

  • MOU’s;
  • NDA; and
  • Legal Agreements

◎ Liaising with Company Secretary in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
◎ Compile documentation into files and maintain an organized filing system
◎ Other general office administration

Knowledge / experience required

◎ University degree in Information Technology and/or similar
◎ Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar field of work.
◎ Experience with cloud technologies, open-source software, and software development lifecycle.
◎ Good understanding of enterprise level software architecture.
◎ High level of communication and negotiation skills.
◎ Experience in Agile environment and methodologies.
◎ Have an in-depth technical knowledge of business products and value proposition.
◎ Excellent time management and planning skills.
◎ A solid team player who’s also an independent thinker.
◎ Deadline driven, organized and able to multitask.
◎ Strong analytical skill set.
◎ Good presentation skills.
◎ Experience in Fintech is an added advantage.
