The prestigious Award gives recognition and seeks to inspire businesses to soar on the international scene. It celebrates great achievers who have distinguished themselves by their foresight and determination and recognizes those who clearly anticipate the future needs of society in the economic sector which they operate.

World Islamic Fintech Awards

Finterra was Awarded the World Islamic Fintech Awards 2019 for the Most Innovative Use of Distributed ledger technology in Islamic Finance for its Waqf Chain application. The award was presented to Finterra
by the Islamic Finance News agency which holds an annual awards event recognising multiple
sectors within the Islamic Banking and Finance space.

Finterra was recognized as one of the “Super 30 Companies for the Year 2019” by Silicon Review magazine. This is a real testament to the hard work which goes into building and delivering cutting-edge new technology such as Distributed ledger technology. Not only is this a victory for Fintech, but for Islamic Social Economy and Waqf.

Finterra was recognized for ‘Excellence in Distributed ledger technology based Islamic Applications’ at the International Islamic Leadership Forum & Awards 2019. Far East Business Leadership Awards

Finterra was recognised for Excellence in Distributed ledger technology at the Far East Business Leadership Awards 2018 held in Beijing, China. The event was organised by the CCIA of China and saw 15 top awards being presented to leading companies, government agencies and personalities from around the world. On hand to receive the award was Finterra’s Managing Director, Mr Satesh Khemlani.

Most Influential Sustainable Entrepreneur Awards

In line with its motto, Social Solution for Distributed ledger technology, Finterra was acknowledged for its remarkable efforts in advocating and practicing the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Organized by the Asia Pacific CSR Council which is a partner of CSR Malaysia and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, the award recognised for the leadership, skills, ingenuity, and vision of the Finterra’s management team.

Global Responsible Business Leadership Awards

Finterra was one of the 46 winners at the Global Responsible Business Leadership Awards 2018 held at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre in Malaysia. Other winners included the likes of HSBC, Sharp and other conglomerates. The prestigious Award gives recognition to recipients that are leading exemplars of practices pertaining to CSR and corporate sustainability and whose practices are aligned with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals of the UN Global Compact.

MSMW Social Media Awards

Finterra was awarded the MSMW Social Media Award 2017 during the recent Malaysia Social Media Week 2017 (MSMW), held in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The trophy, which was presented to Founder of Finterra, Hamid Rashid by the Communications and Multimedia Minister of Malaysia, is yet another testament of the skill, ingenuity, and vision of the Finterra team and management in developing its social media to promote Islamic Social Economy globally using Distributed ledger technology .
